CHRIS EVANS DONE AFTER AVENGERS 4?

After debuting as Steve Rogers, the kid from Brooklyn in Captain America: The First Avengers in 2011, Chris Evans has played the character of Captain America every year in a Marvel film. After nearly an entire decade of doing this Evans might be done playing the star-spangled man. It is being reported that Chris Evans is done playing Captain America after Avengers four in 2019. There is a lot that could happen with this, regarding Chris Evans and the character of Captain America, so let's get into that.

To start off, Evan's contract was a six-film deal, and he has done three solo Captain America films, three Avengers films, two cameos, and he came back to film Avengers four last year. To start off, from set pictures of Avengers 4, it seems as though we will be getting a sort of time travel film, as we see many of our heroes in their original Avengers suits, including Captain America. So that does not mean that any original Avengers will survive Infinity War, as the actors can play the characters in what is speculated to be back in time, or in a different reality. With the character of Captain America having been speculated to be killed off since Avengers: Age of Ultron in 2015, then Civil War the following year, the character has escaped death predictions list too many times. The character of Captain America is one of the most pivotal characters in the films, and his death in Avengers Infinity War would create for the singular death to bring all the heroes together to face off against Thanos, creating a formidable villain, and a nice close to the character's story.

However, these comments from Chris Evans does not guarantee him leaving Marvel. Actors do this with studios, they say they are going to leave, fans of those actors and the characters that they play campaign to the studio to keep the actor, thus the Studio raises their standards for the actor to stay, like the actor would get an increased wage, and better perks with their job. This is possibly what is happening with Evans. He most likely wants a better wage and there might be other factors he wants to be changed, so to please the fans, Marvel Studios will have to negotiate with Evans to keep him around. I am assuming that if Marvel would want to keep Chris Evans around, have him resign a new contract with a better salary to appear in more films. If Captain America does meet his end in Infinity War, Chris Evans can always come back in flashbacks or dreams in a Captain America film with Bucky or Falcon.

In conclusion, everything is up in the air at this point. It is highly likely that the character of Captain America does die in Infinity War and Chris Evans is done with the character past Avengers four, however, it is also possible that Evans does stick around taking smaller roles in other heroes films. Either way, I hope it works out, and I would like to hear your thoughts on the possibility of Chris Evans leaving. Let me know by dropping a comment below.
