Last year, 2018, we went without a new season of Stranger Things, however, this year, we are back with season three of Stranger Things coming to Netflix in the coming months. The release date for the new season is the fourth of July 2019. This makes sense going along with a fourth of July theme, and having this season pick up eight months after the last. The trailer shows the ball dropping the New York to celebrate the new year of 1985, to show when the show is taking place. Along with the announcement of the release date, there was also a new poster which highlights what we may be seeing this season in the town of Hawkins, Indiana, in the grand year of 1985. In the poster, there is a fourth of July celebration which our protagonists are at looking over the fireworks. In the foreground, we have Eleven looking back towards us, as it blends into a darker color scheme highlighting the upside down is still present and is coming for the characters. After a long and enjoyable binge, I have finished Stranger Things Season two. So spoilers, major spoilers ahead for the season. Please go watch the second season if you have not watched it, it is amazing. But anyway, let's review. Ten months after Will Byers is found, Hawkins, Indiana has never been the same. Will is experiencing episodes where he is living in the Upside Down. Part of a bigger conspiracy involving the mysterious dimension of the Upside Down, Will's friends Mike, Dustin, Lucas and newcomer Max, team up with Steve, Nancy, and Will's older brother, Johnathan,mother, Joyce, and step-father Bob along with Sheriff Hopper to solve the mystery of Will's behavior and the outbreak of the creatures from the Upside Down. The final trailer for Stranger Things season 2 is out and it is amazing. In the trailer, we see more of what is happening in the season with the new upside-down spider-like monster that Will is seeing in the upside down, which appears to be made up of some form of mist or shadow. I like how this season the characters are going to merge more, in terms of their stories. Becuase last season we had the plot with the kids, the teens, and the adults which merged at the end, but this season it appears everyone is together. The only exception to that is Eleven, as you see her separated from the rest of the cast in the trailer. So she will probably meet up with everyone later in the season, not the first couple of episodes. In the trailer, everyone in Hawkins seems to be suspicious of something that is coming that is why you see them all with weapons. The trailer for Stranger Things season 2 is here from Comic Con and it is amazing, the choice of using the Thriller song is great, and seeing more of the cast is fun. It is interesting looking through the trailer as there are some interesting shots. I am not going to do a full breakdown, only a couple scenes of note which I found interesting. We open with a scene of the boys going to an arcade, Will (Noah Schapp) gets sucked into being in the upside down before being woken back to reality by Mike (Finn Wolfhard). When this happened, Will was in the real reality, he looked around and none was around him, and then he is in the upside down. What is there is a state of reality between the real world and the upside down, one where no life exists.  Will is being tested on and monitored on by what could be the big corporation which experimented on Eleven. They could use Will for some experiments which could give him some type of ability, one which could somehow bring Ellev...

A teaser for Stranger Things season two has come out, it is going to be set in the fall of 84, so that means a bunch of Ghostbusters and Gremlins stuff happening, like easter eggs and storytelling aspects, but let's break down this trailer. The first scene of this trailer, we see a classic egos commercial, then we blur to Eleven waking up and we hear Mike scream Ell's name. Here we see Mike, Lucas, and Dustin biking away in the Ghostbusters suits There is all this stuff flying across a room where Cheif Hopper gets hit The boys are suited up as the Ghostbusters outside their school Chief Hopper is slamming down a stick, most likely killing some creature from the upside down Security tapes of Eleven being experimented on, the date on them is October 30, 1984, and with the show taking place literately the day after has Ell been found and is being experimented on again and given new powers, or is this a new kid altogether?
