THE LEGACY OF STAN LEE
Stan Lee has created and has inspired the base of not only the past 70 years of Marvel comics, however, the ideas and forms which heroism can be seen in, as portrayed in by all comic book companies, television, and film.
One of Stan Lee's first massive creation at Marvel was Peter Parker, Spider-man. Not only did Lee and Ditko create one awesome design with the character, however, Lee also added the idea of the fundamentals of being a hero can be seen in each and every one of us. Peter Parker is much like a regular person, who didn't have to stand up to face the threats of evil, however, he chose to. He chose to become the hero, and that choice does lie in every one of us.
When evil gets too much, it may be too much for an individual with one good will to handle. Lee's creation of the Avengers represents this. The idea of individuals with all good wills coming together to not only stop a threat, however, also learn from each other to become better heroes, better people. The Avengers are more like a group in that sense, who can be found in the real world. Where if one individual is in need, they have friends which can help them out.
Lee portrays the visualization of heroism in a more epic and marvelous way with characters he has envisioned over the past seven decades. Lee did not only create heroes through his imagination, but he also created a library of stories of people, who show the best of us. From the kid with a good will to face evil or the group of individuals who are better as people as friends.
Stan Lee will be deeply missed throughout the world, by everyone he has worked with, and his friends and family. There have been very few people who have created a legacy like Lee's, from the superheroes he has created, and showing the hero that lies in all of us.
