AVENGERS ENDGAME CLIP BREAKDOWN & FIRST ACT THEORY

Spoilers ahead, as a new Avengers Endgame clip has surfaced online which shows off a minute scene from the first act of the film in the Avengers headquarters.
This clip doesn't show off too much, some badass lines and it builds on my theory from the special look breakdown, but I know that some people want to go into Endgame not knowing or have seen a single thing. So for the rest of us, let's get onto the breakdown.

The clip opens with Black Widow pointing out that similar energy signatures from the snap were used on the other side of the universe- Thanos is using the gauntlet again.

It would seem that the gauntlet is a little hard to use now since it got charcoaled at the end of Infinity War. But it appears that Thanos is creating his farm at the time of this clip on Titan II. In a clip shown to Disney Shareholders Nebula referred to the farm as the "garden". This is in reference to the comic character, the Gardener, who is an Elder of the Universe, and in the comics held onto the time stone before Thanos stole it in the Thanos Quest storyline.

I was wondering how the Avengers would have holograms of planets in the distant universe, however, it is most likely Rocket who set up the hologram searching the universe for not only Thanos, however, the rest of the Guardians who he has no idea fell victim to Thanos. Maybe Carol Danvers has some technology to help with that because her suit does have a few gadgets.

Captain Marvel suggest to the team that they should leave immediately to fight Thanos and get the stones and "use them to bring everyone back." James asks her where she had been for the past 23 years, and she tells him that she has been patrolling as a hero outside of Earth because "there are a lot of other planets out in the universe," and they didn't have twenty other heroes like Earth.

From the Captain Marvel film, we also know that she has been helping Skrull refugees find a safe haven out in the universe.

In the clip, Carol is very confident that she can stop Thanos herself, and they won't lose this time, and instead get the gauntlet and reverse the snap as she says "before you didn't have me." This scene is very clearly setting up for Carol to get her ass handed to her by Thanos.

If we look at the power scaling, Carol is pretty powerful. He powers are sourced from the space stone, she is among the ranks of Scarlet Witch and Doctor Strange, maybe close to Thor considering for how long she has had her powers. In Infinity War, Thanos was held back to a degree by both Strange and Wanda, but they were both taken down (Strange for one masterplan reason or another though). 

It is going to be interesting to see how Carol fights Thanos. But Captain Marvel, Nebula, Captain America, Black Widow, Rocket, War Machine, and Thor will go and attempt to "get this son of a b*tch."

This is where the theory begins.

It seems like from this clip, the Disney Shareholders clips, and the special look that when this clip takes place, Tony and Nebula are back on Earth. This means that Tony must go off somewhere for him to be absent in this clip. Maybe he goes and conceives a child with Pepper.

It seems like Nebula, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Black Widow, Thor, Rocket, and War Machine will go to the Garden using the Benatar with the intention of getting the gauntlet and reversing the snap. Thanos will beat the heroes once again this time, possibly murdering one or two of them in the process, as he uses the mind stone on them and sends them back to Earth in hopes of destroying remaining heroes on Earth, and potentially Tony Stark (who may have been intentionally kept alive because of Doctor Strange's bargain with Thanos which had Tony's life in exchange for the time stone).

Back on Earth, Bruce Banner stayed at the Avengers compound because he didn't want to lose again (like we see him say in this clip). Scott Lang shows up at the Avengers compound like we saw at the end of the first trailer, with the Quantum van. Bruce calls Tony as the two talks with Scott about the Quantum realm, and its possibility of time travel (something he may have done prior to this scene).

The three Avengers are greeted at the compound by their heroes who went to Titan, but this time, mind controlled, as they fight the three. It seems like here, someone will place an explosive at the compound, destroying the place, and turning it to ruble. Tony and Scott manage to knock the heroes out to revert them back to the regular selves. This is where Thanos shows up at the compound to confront the Avengers, as we saw at the end of the last trailer, where he most likely fights them, resulting him in possibly killing Tony- to end his biggest fear.

In conclusion, this clip for Endgame shows the bases for the first part of the film at least. There is still a plethora of mysteries awaiting us later this month, and it will be awesome to see what happens and to see this scene with the Avengers theme music reaching the climax point.
