ADVENTURE TIME "JAKE THE STARCHILD" REVIEW

Season 10 Episode 10: Round two, with a new episode of Adventure Time, this time following the cliffhanger from last week where Jake gets teleported away by a mysterious being. All is revealed in this episode directed by Cole Sanchez. Spoilers ahead for the episode let's get into it. After finding out the mystery in his parent's house with Finn, Jake is approached by a shapeshifter, named Warren Ampersand, who turns Jake blue with a spell and teleports him to a different planet as Jake leaves a not behind for Finn. On the planet, Ampersand tells Jake that technically he is his father, as he is the reason Jake has shapeshifting powers. Ampersand also tells Jake that he is dying. Ampersand shows Jake on the planet that he is famous, and that there is a prophecy that Jake will stop a tentacle monster. RICK AND MORTY 'THE ABC'S OF BETH' REVIEW

Season 3 Episode 9: A new episode of Rick and Morty is out and this time the story focuses on Beth and how she acts as a person. So spoilers ahead for the episode, let's recap. In the episode, we hear that a man is going to be executed as he is convicted of eating his son, Tommy, who was friends with Beth. Beth says that she last saw Tommy in her land Rick built for her, Froopy land. Rick sends Morty and Beth to Jerry's and Rick talks to Beth about Froopy land. Rick gets a piece of chalk and takes Beth back to Froopy land. In Froopy Land we discover that Beth was placed here as an alternative daycare for her. In the land there is basically no harm, however, a pterodactyl type animal comes and takes Rick away trying to eat it. Rick gets his arm chopped off and replaces with a cybernetic part. Getting samples of the bird, Rick discovers that it has some human DNA. Beth and Rick realize that Tommy was left in here. The two realize that Tommy breeds with the creatures in...

ADVENTURE TIME "GUMBALDIA" REVIEW

Season 10 Episode 11: The final episode of tonight is the fifth to last episode of the series. Directed by Diana Lafyatis, this episode of Adventure Time centers around Finn and Jake back in the candy Kingdom using the last of their efforts to stop the deadly war between the Candy Kingdom and Gumbald and his forces. So spoilers ahead for this episode of Adventure Time, as we will recap and then review. The episode opens up with Princess Bubblegum and Starchy flying over Gumbald's kingdom on Morrow, as they take pictures. Back at the Candy Kingdom, Bubblegum process the pictures with Colonel Candy Corn. Finn walks in messing up the rendering process, ruining the images. Finn tries to talk Bubblegum out of a war with her uncle, however, she is committed, as she armors up the Banana Guards and Gumball guards. "POKEMON: I CHOOSE YOU" REVIEW ... SO SPOILERS

I never saw this in theaters, but now it's on Netflix, which is great. The 2017 animated   Pokémon  film "I Chose You" directed by  Kunihiko Yuyama  is a retelling of Ash Ketchum (Sarah Natochenny) from Pallet Town, adventures in the Kanto region as he tries to make it in the Indigo League, albeit with some Legendary hunting on the way. So spoilers ahead for the film, let's discuss I Choose You. To start off, I do have to say that the animation is great. Every character,  Pokémon , all the landscape, the action, it all looks stunning. The mix between 2D and 3D animation is interesting has been used several times in these animated films. The film does a great job with its coloring in its scenes as well, from the unsets to Ho-Oh flying over, there are some truly remarkable shots which look great, and have a lot of detail. ADVENTURE TIME "COME ALONG WITH ME" REVIEW

Season 10 Episode 13, Series Finale: It is time, the adventure of a lifetime is here, that is right, ten seasons, 280 episodes, and eight years, Adventure Time is has come to a close, in arguably the best, and definitely my favorite episode so far, with "Come Along With Me" directed by Cole Sanchez and Diana Lafyatis. Spoilers ahead; let's recap the episode and then go over the ending. A mysterious pair named Shermy and Beth find Finn's metal arm on the ground. Curious about its origins, the two visit the "King of Ooo", BMO who tells the two the story of the great War of Ooo. Flashback to the present day, the war between Princess Bubblegum and Gumbald is escalating, Finn and Jake have one last plan. When Bubblegum, Finn, and Jake meet with Gumbald and Fern on the front lines, Jake activates the nightmare potion, sending the five into an unconscious world.
