The trailer for Tomb Raider is out and this looks like this may be the video game movie that finally works. The trailer shows off Alicia Vikander as Lara Croft going on an adventure with clues left behind by her father. The premise is simple, which is good, and will be easy to follow, and especially easier to make a film on. The trailer shows a lot of awesome set pieces in the film, from the action in the jungle to action in temples. As someone who has not played much of Tomb Raider, this definitely looks like a great adventure film. One of my favorite scenes in the trailer was when Lara ever so slightly dodges the spike trap, using the slow motion, take looks awesome.
Other scenes the trailer that was awesome was the big jumps she did, which looks comical. I love how the film is attempting to be grounded but still knows it is a video game film and that doesn't let that stop them. You can tell that Alicia Vikander worked out to do this film, and she is looking great as Lara Croft.
Anyway, that does it for the trailer. I am excited about this film. There was also a poster released yesterday, I took a look at that, so click on the poster to read that. I would like to hear your thoughts on the trailer and how excited you are for the trailer. As always thanks for reading, take care.

Season 3 Episode 10: The season finale of Rick and Morty is already here, after what seems like a very short time. The episode had a bunch of stuff in it with the return of the President of the US voiced by Keith David. In the episode there were some threads connected to last weeks episode, so spoilers ahead for the episode, let's recap. The episode opens with Rick poking fun at Morty for playing Minecraft. But then special service agents show up and tell the Grandfather and grandson that the President needs their help. Rick and Morty then portal over to the White House where they are greeted by the President; who offers Rick and Morty a mission, to clean the Kenedy sex tunnels from "Googas". Rick and Morty accept and start to clean the tunnels, and then Morty can finally get his selfie. On their mission, Rick and Morty get bored and decide to portal home. This is seen by the White House security and they tell the President. Back at home Rick and Morty play Mi...
In an interview, with the Rolling Stones, Daisy Ridley said that she does not want to play Rey after Star Wars Episode IX. She said in a quote when asked "No", “For me, I didn’t really know what I was signing on to. I hadn’t read the script, but from what I could tell, it was really nice people involved, so I was just like, ‘Awesome.’ Now I think I am even luckier than I knew then, to be part of something that feels so like coming home now.” So this says that Daisy Ridley does not want to do any Star Wars projects after episode 9. And that is completely fair enough because I assume that being the main hero of the biggest franchise on the planet would be tiring between the actual job of acting and all the press tours. But with Daisy most likely exiting after this trilogy, we could see the character go out in a number of ways. Inj episode IX we could see the character die at the end of the film. If Rey turned out to be the daughter of Luke, it would create an emotional ...
Although it has had production issues, Solo: A Star Wars Story is a surprisingly alright film for what it could have been. Yes, it is time for a new Star Wars spin-off, and this time, we are here with the film which no one asked for, but yet, it exists, Solo. This is a non-spoiler review of the film, so don't worry, no big twist or plot points are mentioned. So to start off, this film is fine "Everything's fine", a line which was used in the trailer which describes this film incredibly well. With Phil Lord and Chris Miller leaving the project after filming the majority of the film, Ron Howard was amazing at pulling this film from out of the dumpster fire, as he reshot most of the film. There were a couple times where you could see the differences in the two directing visions, however, it was all strung together in a presentable manner. Solo has many plot points which it dives deep into. There are a few useless and extremely weird concepts which attempt to expla...
