2020, It's Done!

Image
2020, you made it, we made it. Who thought that this year of 67 months would come to an end? But here we are, during a global pandemic, after meaningful movement in the Black Lives Matter movement, a devastating explosion in Beirut,  and several highly consequential elections. I could keep picking through the half-digested food of events that make up the pool of vomit that is 2020, but I think you understand. Although so much has happened this year, so little has occurred as well, being inside for more than half of it. The reason that I had not posted on here as much this year is that I had/ have a lot of new adjustments in my personal life, regardless of the pandemic. I do not know how things would have been different without the pandemic, but regardless I did have time to reflect on myself and do other things that I enjoyed. Besides what was I going to write on, Tiger King?  I feel selfish for admitting that I did have some fond memories in 2020, which is difficu...

Image
Chapter One: Riverdale premiered tonight, and this show is really interesting, so spoilers ahead and let's get into the review, this is going to be the same structure as my other recaps where I am going to go over the plot points individually and do the ending at the end of them all. We have a prolog in the show which is Cheryl Blossom and her brother Jason going out for a boat ride until Jason 'drowns" The episode is basically about schools back on in Riverdale, Archie comes back all buff, so does new girl, Veronica, she gets on Archie and Betty, and the two girls try out for cheerleading and get in after standing up to Cheryl and the three go to the semi-formal.They then go to an afterparty at Cheryl's where Archie and Veronica go play seven minutes in heaven where they do kiss, but when they come ou of the closet Betty left the party and Archie goes around looking for her, he bumps in Jughead, but Archie finds Betty and tries to apologize but she rej...

DEFENDERS OFFICIAL TRAILER BREAKDOWN

Image
The trailer for the Defenders is here, and it looks awesome, so let's break it down. The opening shots of the trailer show us that Misty Knight is interrogating Jessica Jones for stealing evidence, but Matt Murdock comes in and tells Jessica that he is her attorney. It seems like the police are investigating activity the hand organization is playing, and Jessica Jones wants to investigate further, I don't know if Misty knows that Jessica knows Luke Cage. We find Clarie Temple talking to Luke Cage, and she wants him to meet Danny and, the Iron Fist, as she has worked closely with both. We find Luke Cage and Iron Fist go hunting down the same criminal and end up fighting each other, and this shot is like the shot from Luke Cage where the guy punching Luke Cage, his fist shatters. I can't wait to see the two interact, but it seems like Jessica Jones and daredevil are going to meet up first and Luke Cage and Iron Fist will meet separately, then the four will eventual...
