Season 10 Episode 10: Round two, with a new episode of Adventure Time, this time following the cliffhanger from last week where Jake gets teleported away by a mysterious being. All is revealed in this episode directed by Cole Sanchez. Spoilers ahead for the episode let's get into it. After finding out the mystery in his parent's house with Finn, Jake is approached by a shapeshifter, named Warren Ampersand, who turns Jake blue with a spell and teleports him to a different planet as Jake leaves a not behind for Finn. On the planet, Ampersand tells Jake that technically he is his father, as he is the reason Jake has shapeshifting powers. Ampersand also tells Jake that he is dying. Ampersand shows Jake on the planet that he is famous, and that there is a prophecy that Jake will stop a tentacle monster. Ampersand gives Jake a belt to wear which reads "Galaxy Saviour" as he wears a belt that reads "Proud Pop". Ampersand gives Jake a room, with stuff from Oo...
Season 4 Episode 18: Hey everyone, we are back with a new episode of the Flash directed by Hanelle M. Culpepper. In this episode we see a whole lot of events go down which will result in a major shift in the season going forward, in terms of team Flash, and DeVoe’s plan, all of which I will discuss. Spoilers ahead for this episode of the Flash, let’s recap. With one bus meta-human left, Barry and Ralph go searching for Edwin Gauss, who Ralph remembers from the bus. Meanwhile, Harry shows the team his new tuning fork, a device to stop DeVoe. When a dimension portal opens, team Flash is prepared to fight DeVoe, however outcomes Edwin. Seeing that Edwin has powers, the team attempts to track him down. Barry, Caitlin, and Ralph go to a hipster community in the wilderness where they find Edwin. DeVoe’s Samuroid shows up and attacks Caitlin. Back at STAR Labs, Caitlin is fine, while Ralph talks to Edwin and he finds out that he can teleport to DeVoe’s lair. With the tuning...
The Flash season 4 has started with a mostly positive reception and has been building to a number of different things in the season, one of which we will discuss and that is the Tornado Twins. Also spoilers ahead for the last two episodes of the Flash, that being the crossover episode and the mid-season finale. In season 4 of the Flash, we saw Barry and Iris get married. This is building on the idea that one day they may have kids in the future. In the comics, this happens, and Iris gives birth to twins, Dawn Allen, and Don Allen, who both possess their father's abilities. In the comics, the twins are dubbed the "Tornado Twins". In the crossover Crisis on Earth-X, the Supergirl episode showed the initial wedding ceremony of Barry and Iris before it was ambushed by Nazi's. In the ceremony, Barry is approached by an overly enthusiastic waitress who offered Barry and drinks. The waitress Tells Barry that she excited to Ben here on this “day for the ages”, and she al...
Well, this was unexpected. We now have a brand new trailer for Avengers Endgame, and its main purpose was to announce that tickets are now on sale. But tickets aside, we have a bunch of polished and brand new footage from Endgame, which shows off some more story beats, so potential spoilers ahead for the film. If you do not want some parts of the film spoiled, please click off this. The trailer opens up in the Avengers compound with Bruce Banner saying "If we do this, we would be going in shorthanded." W ith James Rhode saying, "Yeah, because he killed all our friends." This scene is obviously in reference to the team planning an assault on Thanos. It seems like the team would be discussing this once Tony and Nebula get to the compound, and they know where Thanos is- on Titan II. With Bruce's comments about the situation, it seems like he would be against going to confront Thanos, and I have a theory on what might happen when the team goes off to ...
Season 3 Episode 4: Back with another episode of Rick and Morty to review, Rick and Morty: Infinity Saw we have to, so spoilers ahead, let's do a small recap. The episode has Morty and Rick going to help the Vindicators to defeat Worldender, a being of ultimate power who is here to end all life. During their time, Rick gets drunk and blacks out. When the Vindicators, Morty and Rick go to fight Worldender, drunk Rick killed him and he sets up a classic game of saw for the Vindicators where all the members get picked off one by one, with Rick, Morty, and Supernova surviving and ending with a dance party. This episode was a parody of the Avengers/Guardians of the Galaxy and Saw films. More the Avengers films as to how everything is hyped up and glorified, however, doesn't live up to expectations, such as the villains. The Vindicators were interesting characters, as for long they lasted, we had the Star-lord rip off (Christian Slater), rocket raccoon ripoff, Crocubot (Ma...
