SUICIDE SQUAD REVIEW... SO SPOILERS
THE JOKER WAS IN THIS, RIGHT?

So Suicide Squad is
You probably already know the basic premise of the film which is Amanda Waller assembles task force X starting with the Enchantress, things go awry then she has to get the rest of the other 'metahumans'.Then stereotypical superhero plot, faceless army and a blue beam that shoots into the sky.
So this film definitely is not as bad as it is made out to be.It doesn't deserve 26% on rotten tomatoes.Although it is not that great.
The best part of the film are the characters.Everyone, except slipknot and the Joker, really had at least a moment to shine in the film.The two biggest stars in the film are Will Smith as Deadshot and Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, the characters were so fun to watch and had really great chemistry together.Everyone else in the film was also really great as well like, El Diablo(Jay Hernandez), Captain Boomerang (Jia Courtney), Katana(Karen Fukuhara), Rick Flag(Joel Kinnaman), Killer Croc(Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), Slipknot (Adam Beach), Encahntress(Cara Delevingne), Amanda Waller(Viola Davis) and the Joker (Jared Leto).
My favorite scene in the film was the bar scene in the third act of the film with the Squad.No action was happening, but the characters were so interesting that you just wanted to learn more about them, and it was also thanks again to the chemistry and interactions between all the characters.The action scenes in this film were average.They did take themselves a little too seriously in them which didn't deliver what we saw in the trailers.
Overall Suicide Squad isn't probably what DC was hoping for to redeem themselves but it isn't as bad as people are saying it to be.I will rate it a 5 out of 10.
