X-MEN APOCALYPSE BEAST CHARACTER DISCUSSION

SPOILERS FOR APOCALYPSE
Nicholas Hoult has been playing Beast for 3 films and his role in Apocalypse was trimmed down compared to days of future past but he was still a bad ass.In the film, he is on the X-Men side and does have kind of a mentor role in the end fight for some of the younger mutants. At the end of the film, he is on the new X-Men team.Overall I enjoy Nicholas as Hank and I hope he returns in future films.I would like to know what you thought of Beast in Apocalypse, let me know by dropping a comment below. As always thanks for reading, take care.

PRINCESS LEIA IN EPISODE IX

Image
With the passing of Carrie Fisher in December, the question at hand was the role of Princess Leia in the last Jedi, her scenes have all been filmed, however with Star Wars episode nine being drafted, the role of princess Leia in the film is a question. Lucasfilm has confirmed that Leia will not be digitally recreated, however, Carrie Fisher's younger brother, Todd Fisher, and Carrie Fisher's daughter, Billie Lourde, has given Lucasfilm the right to use existing footage to have Leia in episode 9. "Both of us were like, 'Yes, how do you take her out of it?' And the answer is you don't ." Me personally, it will be different seeing Carie Fisher in the last Jedi, it feels odd knowing that this was the last project she filmed. But having 'her' appear in episode 9 with her not of even have filmed that, is even weirder.I wish that Carrie Fisher had a tribute at the end of the last Jedi, sending the character off, kind of like the Furious 7 tribute for...

SPIDERMANN HOMECOMING INTERNATIONAL TRAILER BREAKDOWN

Image
So the International trailer for Spiderman Homecoming has dropped and it features more of the action and Peter wanting to be an Avenger, a large portion of the shots of Peter in high school was cut out from this trailer. However, the opening shots of the trailer is Spiderman in Civil War and then the following scene is of Peter asking Tony if he can keep the suit, this meaning that at least some of the movie takes place before and after the airport fight, like the teaser trailer where Happy Hogan gives Peter the suitcase with the Spiderman suit. We see a shot of the shocker holding a gun which is cool but other than that nothing was new from the other trailer.I forgot to mention in the trailer breakdown but the guns that are being used by the Vulture and who I thought was the Shocker is Chitauri tech, which is the alien race that came from the blue hole in the sky then all those colorful people went in a circle and kicked their asses. Leave Your thoughts on this trai...

TORNADO TWINS ON THE FLASH?

Image
The Flash season 4 has started with a mostly positive reception and has been building to a number of different things in the season, one of which we will discuss and that is the Tornado Twins. Also spoilers ahead for the last two episodes of the Flash, that being the crossover episode and the mid-season finale. In season 4 of the Flash, we saw Barry and Iris get married. This is building on the idea that one day they may have kids in the future. In the comics, this happens, and Iris gives birth to twins, Dawn Allen, and Don Allen, who both possess their father's abilities. In the comics, the twins are dubbed the "Tornado Twins". In the crossover Crisis on Earth-X, the Supergirl episode showed the initial wedding ceremony of Barry and Iris before it was ambushed by Nazi's. In the ceremony, Barry is approached by an overly enthusiastic waitress who offered Barry and drinks. The waitress Tells Barry that she excited to Ben here on this “day for the ages”, and she al...

CLOAK AND DAGGER CASTING CONFIRMED

Image
On the Marvel website , it has been revealed that Olivia Holt is playing Dagger and Aubrey Joseph is playing Cloak in the Marvel freeform series Cloak and Dagger. When the synopsis was revealed I did complain that I hope Marvel doesn't get someone in their 20's to play a teenager or to even make Cloak and Dagger teenagers. But Olivia Holt is 19, and Aubrey, well not much is know about him. But I'm guessing he is in the same age range. So the actors are at an age where the characters can either be teenagers or millennials. Anyway, I would like to hear your thoughts on the casting of Cloak and Dagger down below.I like the casting, I have enjoyed some of the Disney stuff Olivia Holt has done but now she's on freeform. As always thanks for reading, take care.
