Just because a franchise stumbles and loses their path, doesn't mean they can't be saved.
This movie is such a great film as it has so many things to do like; reset nearly all the previous X-Men movies, continue from the amazing first class film and also be good.Brian Singer did a great job.Let's get into spoilers ....
X-MEN DAYS OF FUTURE PAST:
This movie is such a great film as it has so many things to do like; reset nearly all the previous X-Men movies, continue from the amazing first class film and also be good.Brian Singer did a great job.Let's get into spoilers ....
The film picks up in the future where Mutants are ebony hunted by the Sentential and all the Mutants are sticking together.Kity Pride then sends Wolverine back in time to 1973 to stop the creation of the first Sentinels. He then teams up young Charles Xavier, young Beast, and young Magneto to stop a young Mystique from murdering the guy who creates the Sentinels.Along the way the do join up with a young Quicksilver who is the first introduction to the super siblings. At the end, they save the day with Magneto being the most wanted fugitive and Raven along with Charles did save the president from Magneto so the Sentinels won't be made.
The end Epilog was Wolverine in the X-mansion which is filled with students and no one us dead.Cyclops,Jean Grey, and Charles are all alive.
Overall this was an amazing movie and a great way to erase the franchise from its bad past. This movie set up many great stories for the young X-men.My favorite scene in the film was by far the Quicksilver scene. That was incredible.
My favorite character was also Quicksilver played by Evan Peters. He bought a lighter tone to the franchise and I can't wait to see more of him.Everyone else did an awesome job like Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), Mystique (Jenifer Lawrence), young Charles Xavier(James McAvoy), Charles Xavier(Patrick Stewart), young Magneto(Micheal Fassbender), Magneto(Ian McKellen),Kitty Pride (Ellen Page), Storm(Halle Berry), Beast(Nicholas Hoult), and Bolivar Trask (Peter Dinklage).
This is a great film and I rate it 8.5 out of 10.This was one of my favorite Xmen films.Let me know what you thought of 2014's Days of Future Past by dropping a comment below. As always thanks for reading, take care.
