Season 3 Episode 14: After two months of being on break (while Legends of Tomorrow season three was airing), Supergirl is back with brand new episodes from now until the season ends. The episode breaking the hiatus is directed by Glen Winter and focuses on the character of Winn Schott, and his background and how that is all catching up to him now. Let's recap and the episode, then review. While at a karaoke bar, Winn sees that his prisoned father, the "Toyman" is dead. Cutting to the funeral, Winn is approached by his mother, Mary, who tells him she can finally see him. The coffin of Winn's father blows up. Season 10 Episode 8: Round four, we are back with a new review on the new Adventure Time episodes from tonight, and this episode we see some really awesome time stuff and a set up for the next story arc. Spoilers ahead for the episode, let's recap. Kim Kil Whan visits Jake and Finn and tells them that their parents, Joshua and Margaret's investigation work building is haunted. Thinking that they could potentially see their parents once again as ghosts, Finn and Jake get ready to go the building. At the building, Finn and Jake reminisce about the memories they once had as infants at the building. Finn and Jake find a videotape which they play. On the tape, Margaret and Joshua find a message made out of tape, and they also find a ghost. Finn and Jake split up to find ghosts. Finn looks downstairs and finds a ghost, while also finds a ghost upstairs, and he freaks out. Season 10 Episode 10: Round two, with a new episode of Adventure Time, this time following the cliffhanger from last week where Jake gets teleported away by a mysterious being. All is revealed in this episode directed by Cole Sanchez. Spoilers ahead for the episode let's get into it. After finding out the mystery in his parent's house with Finn, Jake is approached by a shapeshifter, named Warren Ampersand, who turns Jake blue with a spell and teleports him to a different planet as Jake leaves a not behind for Finn. On the planet, Ampersand tells Jake that technically he is his father, as he is the reason Jake has shapeshifting powers. Ampersand also tells Jake that he is dying. Ampersand shows Jake on the planet that he is famous, and that there is a prophecy that Jake will stop a tentacle monster. In an interview, with the Rolling Stones, Daisy Ridley said that she does not want to play Rey after Star Wars Episode IX. She said in a quote when asked "No", “For me, I didn’t really know what I was signing on to. I hadn’t read the script, but from what I could tell, it was really nice people involved, so I was just like, ‘Awesome.’ Now I think I am even luckier than I knew then, to be part of something that feels so like coming home now.” So this says that Daisy Ridley does not want to do any Star Wars projects after episode 9. And that is completely fair enough because I assume that being the main hero of the biggest franchise on the planet would be tiring between the actual job of acting and all the press tours. Season 3 Episode 8: Hey, everyone, we are back with the fourth and final part of the Crisis on Earth-X crossover where we have a bunch of action and drama. So spoilers ahead for the episode and the rest of the of the crossover. The episode opens from part 3 where Martin is shot at the Nazi facility on Earth-X. Martin gets up and gets shot again and he pulls the switch which opens up the portal the Earth-1. The Heroes go with Ray and Leonard to Earth-1 right before the facility is destroyed. On Earth-1, STAR Labs, Eobard attempts to cut Kara however he cut as Ray Palmer, the Atom is stopping him. Ray grows to regular size and takes down Eobard who run’s away. Ray gets Felicity and Kara to the Waverider.
