LEGENDS OF TOMORROW PILOT PART 2 REVIEW

Season 1 Episode 2:


Legends of tomorrow this was soo much better this week.It was amzing with that kick ass fight scence at the beginning and the spectacular end battle with Hawkgirl and Vandal Savage and the Death of Hawkman.My favourite part in the episode is the end when the team joins together "For Carter".

My favourite character this week was actually Jefferson he prep talk to Stein was actually surprisingly good and him absorbing the nuclear blast in the begging was actually a great demonstrating of how powerful and smart the Firestorm matrix is.

2021, this year is everything a sequel to 2020 had to offer. From the glimmers of hope of getting out of this pandemic to the plunges of darkness that parts of the planet saw itself in at times, this was mostly a bitter year with some hints of a sweeter future in it. In the poster I made above I wanted to capture some of the biggest things which happened this year, and looking back, it is insane to see what took place. CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS PART II REVIEW ... SPOILERS

Part Two: Hey everyone, we are back with the second part of the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover, this time on the Batwoman series. In this episode we see the Monitor’s plan fall into play, as a few new concepts are introduced. So spoilers ahead for the episode, lets recap. Recap The Monitor introduces the concept of paragons to the team, who are seven individuals from across the multiverse who will be vital to stop the Anti-Monitor. Iris, Lois, and Clark are sent out to find the paragon of truth, who is a Kryptonian who has suffered a great loss. Meanwhile, Kate and Kara go to Earth-99 to find the paragon of courage, who is the “bat of the future,” Bruce Wayne. Elsewhere, with Oliver Queen dead, Mia, Barry, and Sara enlist the help of John Constantine to find a Lazarus Pit in the Multiverse to revive Oliver.   Well, I have not posted anything on here in the past year, except for this, my year in review of this year. This year had the theme of 'getting back to normal' after the lockdown phase of the pandemic. And, yes it is nice to the world healing. But for the step taken forward, I feel as though the world has taken two steps backwards. Through lockdowns I felt like humanity would launch itself into becoming a more robust, empathetic society, but this year kind of disproved that. I could go on about how we are taking no significant steps towards the climate crisis, or the ever expanding wealth gap, or any other issue that plagued us in the before times. But instead I want to point out that in 'going back to normal' we are letting the same narratives in the news of 'humans vs. humans' play out, and it is in all honesty upsetting to see. Sorry in advance that this post is late. 2023 is a year that had several lows, but I would say there were sprinklings of light throughout that may give me rose-colored glasses when looking back on it. As we approach closer to 2030, I can not help but to feel anxious about the 'kicking the can down the road' attitude that most  government about the Climate Crisis we are living through. With the hottest summer ever recorded and destructive wild fires and floods in most continents, the need to save the habitability of life on Earth is desperately needed. Immense change must be made into how we use and depend on resources. In a just world, there would be no Climate Crisis. But politicians fueled by their own greed and who only look out for the welfare of the rich, do not want to. They simply do not think that saving Humanity and life on the planet is worth the cost to them and their corporate buddies. They have placed a price tag on life. CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS PART III REVIEW ... SPOILERS

Part Three: Well, we are back again for the third part of the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover, with this episode taking place on The Flash. There was a lot which went down in the episode, with twists from the comics, callbacks to other DC Comics television series from the past, and a cliffhanger which will have us waiting till January. Spoilers ahead for the episode, lets recap. Recap Ray finishes creating the paragon detector which tells the team that Barry is the paragon of love, Martian Manhunter is the paragon of honor, and a man from Earth-1 named Ryan Choi is the paragon of humanity, who Iris, Ray, and Ralph set out to find.
