Well, that does it for the list. If you look above at the images next to the categories, those are my most likely picks for the categories, every category does not have an image, that is because I can not judge them because I have not seen all the movies and all the performances. But to start off at the top I had to Get Out. I really enjoyed this film and the suspense it built up. Out of most of the films there, this one captivated me in the story it told.

Going into comic book stuff, that stuff we are really here for, Logan was nominated for one award, that being "best adapted screenplay". I really hope that the film wins, however, the Disaster Artist might win. It is a shame that Hugh Jackman was not nominated for best actor, because Logan, he killed it in that film. Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2 was nominated for best visual effects. It could potentially win because the effects were good, but I wish Thor Ragnarok was nominated instead. I will get into Wonder Woman a bit.

The best-animated film, of course, Coco, that was a great Pixar film, but also in that category was Boss baby which was weird. Out of most animated films I never thought that Boss Baby would make it, but hey it did. Star Wars the Last Jedi was nominated for three Oscars, out of those three I see it winning Best original music score, I guess because it is Star Wars the score was memorable than the competition.

But now Wonder Woman stuff. A lot of people thought that Wonder Woman would get nominated for best picture and best director. To be honest. The best picture feels a little farfetched, however, the film could definitely have been nominated for Best Director, Best costume design and Best adapted screenplay. It is a shame that the film was ignored, but this is kind of what the Oscars do ignore most of the films that you read and I cover on this site.

In conclusion, that is all the nominations for the 2018 Oscars. I would like to hear your thoughts and predictions on who and what will win the awards this year. As always thanks for reading, take care.ter
