Cast away in space which is the martian, so this is cast away in a spaceship
PASSENGERS:
Passengers is basically about these people are on a spaceship in a cryo-sleep until they arrive to their destination, Chris Pratt's character, Jim waking up 90 years early and then he spends some time alone with the robot bartender, and then he wakes up Jennifer Lawrence's character, Aurora and then they develop a romance and then there's some malfunction with the ship where the chief of the ship played by Lawrence Fishburne wakes up and helps fixes the problem, but he dies. Then Jim can but Aurora back to sleep, but she refuses and they live happily ever after writing a book for the crew to read when they wake up.
The acting in this film is great, Chris Pratt was great, he could have held the film on his own, Jenifer Lawrence was great as well, they both held up a believable relationship, which created for a nice ending.I also enjoyed Michael Sheen as the robot bartender, he was cool, and Lawrence Fishburne was there as the chief of the ship.
Overall Passenger is a film with good acting but the story towards the end isn't too interesting.I enjoyed the romance between Pratt and Lawrence but the film's third act did lead it down.I will give Passengers a 6.5 out of 10, Leave your thoughts on the film down in the comments below. As always thanks for reading, take care.
