HARRY POTTER PRISONER OF AZKABAN REVIEW ... SO SPOILERS

This film is the third part of its franchise and deals with magic and has a third act that deals with time, kind of like another movie I saw earlier this month, or right, Doctor Strange.

HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN:


So Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is basically about Harry is in his third year at Hogwarts and the deadliest prisoner at Azkaban, Sirus has broken free and is heading to Hogwarts.After being attacked by a dementor, Harry learns how to stop them with the help of his dark arts teacher, Professor Lupin, and Harry also learns to ride a magical creature Hagrid brought to school, Buckbeak.After doing some investigating with the invisible cloak, Harry learns that Sirus was his parents best friends and is Harry's godfather!
Harry Ron and Hermione go through a series of events to try capture Sirus, until they get to a house where it is revealed that Ron's pet rat, Scabbers is actually a wizard that was working for Voldemort.It is also revealed that Lupin is a werewolf which he transforms into when the moon comes out and he is about to attack the kids when Sirus turns into a large dog who fights with Lupin.Harry and Sirus end up by a pond where dementors surround them and then Harry sees a white light which he believes is his father then he faints.At the school hospital, Harry wakes up and Dumbledore tells Harry and Hermione that Sirus is innocent and that he didn't work for Voldemort.So Hermione pulls out a clock necklace which she puts around her and Harry's neck and she taps it three times and they time travel back to the past to the other events prior to this.Harry and Hermione follow their past selves from Hagrid's hut to the werewolf fight, Harry and Hermione  make their way to where Sirus and Harry were getting attacked by dementors, Harry believes that his father is going save them but then Harry defeats the dementors with the spell.
Harry, Hermione, and Sirus get on buck beak and fly off to Hogwarts where Harry and Hermione say farewell to Sirus and he flies away into hiding.Harry and Hermione run back to the point where they time traveled and told Dumbledore they succeed, and they all live happily ever after (until next year).

My favorite scene in this film is the end with Harry and Hermione traveling back in time and doing all the mysterious things that they heard and felt while they were in that moment.I also did really enjoy in the part in the scene when Harry performs the spell that he thought his father was going to do.

The standout character in the film was Hermione Granger played by Emma Watson, I just love the character so much.I also did enjoy the introduction of Sirus Black played by Gary Oldman, I loved the twist that Sirus is Harry's godfather (although it wasn't a surprise to me because I read the books).
Everyone else was also great such as Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe), Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint), Hagrid (Robbie Coltrane), Draco Malfoy (Tom Felton), Neville Longbottom (Matthew Lewis), Snape (Alan Rickman), and Albus Dumbledore played by Michael Gambon.

Overall Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban is my favorite Harry Potter movie, I just loved the way they used the characters and the introduction of Sirus was great and the third act with time travel is so awesome.I will give the prisoner of Azkaban a 9 out of 10.Let me know your favorite scene character or catch phrase from this movie down in the comments.The Fantastic Beast review will hopefully come out this weekend.As always thanks for reading, take care.

CHRISTOPHER ROBIN TRAILER DISCUSSION

The trailer for the Christopher Robin film is out and there is not too much to unpack from the trailer to warrant a breakdown, but there is some stuff to discuss. To start off, I completely forgot this was happening. I reported on this in 2016 when Marc Foster was announced as director, and everyone flipped out that the director of World War Z was directing a live-action Winnie the Pooh film This and the Mary Poppins film which we saw the trailer of a couple days ago, are the two live-action Disney films we are getting this year, well three if you include Wrinkle in Time. So Christopher Robin, directed by Marc Forster, is adapted off the Winnie the Pooh stories which have had possibly hundreds of books, cartoons, and animated films. LOKI AND SCARLET WITCH TV SERIES ANNOUNCED

It has been reported that on the Disney streaming service, there will be two exclusive live action shows featuring Loki in one show, and Scarlet Witch in the other show, being leads, and reportdely connecting with the Marvel Cinematic Universe having Tom Hiddleston reprise his role as the God of mischief and Elizabeth Olsen as the first mutant in the MCU. This news is huge so I will go over what both shows could look like, and what else this means for Marvel television, and other Marvel characters. The Loki show is something which surprises me as a show which would be made. The character is apparently dead in the universe since Thanos snapped his neck. That means that with a Loki tv show, it would mean that the show takes place before Infinity War, possibly before the first Thor film, or somewhere else in the timeline. BLACK PANTHER CONCEPT ART BREAKDOWN

With the Doctor Strange digital release, there was some new Black Panther concept art, which all looks spectacular, this art I got from Cinemablend .But let's break down this concept art. In this piece of art, we have what seems to be the center buildings of Wakanda.The building in the middle may not actually be a building bu instead a castle.I am guessing that T'Challa chills here and the base we saw in the civil war post-credit scene would be out in the mountains in the background. Here is a different perspective of Wakanda.It seems like these are more of the housing areas, very basic structures, I feel like a large portion of the population may live in there and T'Chaallla may have to solve that, something his father didn't do.But the houses have some glass on them, I don't know what that is for but it looks neat.
