DCTV 2018 SCHEDULE


With a new year, there is a new shakeup with the DCTV schedule on the CW. So let's go through the big changes that will be happening this year and how the new show, Black Lightning fits into this. This schedule change only affects the DC Cw shows, so Gotham and Lucifer are not affected.

With the second half of the seasons coming upon us let's take a look at what will be airing this week. So on Monday, January 15, Supergirl, 310, is airing on tv. The time will depend on what area you are in, as well as the channel. The following day, January 16, the Flash, 410, will air and instead of Legends of Tomorrow airing straight after that, Black Lightning will premiere its first episode, after the Flash. Then Arrow will remain on Thursday at the same time.

That will be the schedule for the most part. However, you may be wondering about Legends of Tomorrow. Well, that is going to alternate with Supergirl on Monday. So Supergirl will air its next four episodes on Monday, from January 15 to February 5. Then Supergirl will be on break for nine weeks. In that time, Legends of Tomorrow season 3 will air and will finish April 9. From then Supergirl will return on April 16 and will air the rest of season 3.

This honestly does not mean a whole lot. Supergirl will go on for longer into June instead of ending the season in early May. For me, this is honestly a miracle. I was worried about having to do a lot of reviews each week, but now I can keep to the old schedule and do not have to worry about a work overload. But for the schedule of reviews here I will have Supergirl or Legends of Tomorrow on the Monday, on Tuesday will be the Flash, Wednesday morning will be Black Lightning, Wednesday night will be Riverdale, Thursday will be Arrow and then on Friday will be Agents of SHIELD.

THE FLASH "THE DEATH OF VIBE" REVIEW

ADVENTURE TIME "JAKE THE STARCHILD" REVIEW

Season 10 Episode 10: Round two, with a new episode of Adventure Time, this time following the cliffhanger from last week where Jake gets teleported away by a mysterious being. All is revealed in this episode directed by Cole Sanchez. Spoilers ahead for the episode let's get into it. After finding out the mystery in his parent's house with Finn, Jake is approached by a shapeshifter, named Warren Ampersand, who turns Jake blue with a spell and teleports him to a different planet as Jake leaves a not behind for Finn. On the planet, Ampersand tells Jake that technically he is his father, as he is the reason Jake has shapeshifting powers. Ampersand also tells Jake that he is dying. Ampersand shows Jake on the planet that he is famous, and that there is a prophecy that Jake will stop a tentacle monster. Ampersand gives Jake a belt to wear which reads "Galaxy Saviour" as he wears a belt that reads "Proud Pop". Ampersand gives Jake a room, with stuff from Oo

ADVENTURE TIME "SEVENTEEN" REVIEW

Season 10 Episode 5: Hey, everyone, we are back with brand new episodes of Adventures, the old reviews I accidentally deleted, but now we are starting over with new reviews, starting with this episode "Seventeen" where we see Finn Mertens turn 17, so spoilers ahead for the episode, let's recap.  In the episode, Finn is at his birthday party in the Candy Kingdom. A green knight comes to the party and gives Finn an ax to kill the green knight. Thinking it is one of Jake's pranks, Finn strikes down the knight, however, Jake comes to the party and it is revealed that the knight was not a prank. The green knight gets up and creates a forcefield around himself. Finn then challenges the green knight to a fight and then brings Finn into the forcefield. ARROW "THE LONGBOW HUNTERS" REVIEW

Season 7 Episode 2: Hey everyone, we are back with a new episode of Arrow directed by Laura Belsey, as we see Oliver surviving in prison, all the while we see the rest of team Arrow assembling. Spoilers ahead for the episode, let's recap. Diaz's team, the "Longbow Hunters" are in Star City and are after a battery for a weapon of mass destruction. After breaking into a warehouse with Rene and Curtis, Felicity is taken in by John and Argus where she works with Curtis to track down Diaz and his new team. John and his Argus team ego after the battery and encounter Diaz. John makes the decision to take the battery and run away from Diaz. Meanwhile, Laurel is out searching for Diaz, as Dinah follows her. The two encounter another member of the Long Bow Hunters, named Silencer. RIVERDALE "THE WRESTLER" REVIEW

Chapter 24: Hey, everyone, we are back with a brand new episode of Riverdale, and to be honest, not a whole lot happened in the episode, there were three main stories, which I will recap individually. So spoilers ahead for the episode, let's recap. Starting off with Archie Andrews. Told by Agents Admas to get closer to Hiram, Archie asks Veronica how he can warm up to Hiram. Veronica tells Archie that he should try for the Wrestling team as Hiram was once a wrestler. At trials, Archie gets his ass handed to him by Kevin, who eventually starts to train him.
